You can cancel your whole order, or cancel a single item from the order, or remove individual guests from an item e.g. if someone in your party decides they don’t want to join a shore experience you’ve booked.
To cancel the whole order, click ‘Cancel’ at the very top of the order page. To cancel a single item, click ‘Cancel’ where it appears to the right of the item’s name. To remove a guest from an item, click ‘Cancel’ where it appears beneath their name.
This happened because all adults in each cabin on the booking must purchase the same drinks package.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to do this. To amend the table size, you need to cancel the booking and re-book a table for the correct number of guests.
This means you’ve cancelled the order, or the part of the order that ‘Cancelling’ appears next to and your cancellation is being processed. This usually takes two hours.
You’ll be refunded to the card you used to make the purchase. The last four digits of the card appear in your order summary under Billing Information at the top of the order page.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to reach the original payment card.
